Griffin Brown is a musician, poet, and photographer based in Brooklyn. The Wire has described his music as “impressive” and “original”; spanning experimental pop+rock, electronic, jazz, concert music, improvised music—amalgams of the above, most frequently. He’s performed/premiered music throughout the US, Europe, and Canada; worked with luminaries such as San Fermin and Adam O’Farrill; and shared stages with figures like Caroline Shaw and Sō Percussion, as well as many international voices across genres. His poetry appears in The Paris Review, Plume, Poetry Northwest, Prelude, and elsewhere.
